Operating Instructions

Our hotel is Health First certified and follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines according to the circular from the Ministry of Health and Tourism. Therefore, we inform you of the following:

Reception Service

• Check-in time: 15:00-23:00, and check-out time: until 11:00 a.m.
• Upon arrival, guests are required to provide written information, including full details of all staying guests (e.g., nationality, arrival and departure dates, contact information, address, phone number, email). This record is mandatory for public health protection as directed by the Ministry of Health and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Entry and stay in the hotel premises are prohibited for non-residents.
• Personal protective equipment is available.
• The accommodation provides a POS device.
• Keychains are disinfected before delivery and after collection with a special disinfectant.

Room Cleaning Services

Upon Arrival:

• Thorough cleaning and proper ventilation of the room have been conducted during the hours between stays. Frequent pest control, rodent control, and disinfection of common areas are carried out.
• All air-conditioning units have been maintained, and each room/apartment unit is disinfected separately with a special disinfectant after each departure.
• All fabric surfaces are cleaned with a steam device (temperature > 70°C).

During Stay:

• Frequent room cleaning is prohibited during the stay (to avoid contact between cleaning staff and a potential case and further transmission), and daily linen and towel changes are discontinued according to the Tourism Protocol.
• Cleaning and towel/linen changes are done after every third night and only upon request by the guest. For additional towel and linen changes, please inform the reception.
• It is recommended to avoid using the air conditioning, or if used, it must be done with the bathroom window and door open to ensure sufficient fresh air for proper natural ventilation of the room.
